Joy works in her family owned funeral parlor and she's got a bit of a problem. Detective Larkin McBride is Joy's problem and it isn't just because he's hot. Well, that doesn't help matters, but it's because curiously, he can read Joy's every thought. So what will Larkin do when Joy's thinking about all these dead bodies showing up and the possibility that they were murdered?

It’s A Vampire Thing

Claire Treemont is a small town coroner with a small town social life -- as in, non-existent. When a yummy body enters her life one night at the county morgue, Claire is astonished to find she's pretty sad he's dead. I mean, honestly, how often does someone like her get to gaze upon a body like that? Claire's life is soon turned upside down by a hunky dead guy.

Zachariah Kowalski is the hunky dead guy, of course, and he's got an affliction that has him waking up in places that are, to say the least, inconvenient. He also has a life mate that escapes him from century to century just as they're about to seal the vampire deal. Kinda frustrating, huh?

Claire's potential death, fate and a real bitch of a problem make this vampire thing a tough gig. So we have a pretty coroner, a dead guy with a medical condition that has nothing to do with death and well, a possible death in someone's near future...that means trouble. Oh, and a wild, passionate ride against time...
